International Return & Exchange Policy

UNCUT Jewelry Return & Exchange Policy


If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, we can arrange for the item to be returned.

Refunds are issued at 80% of the total invoice value, with 20% retained to cover handling, insurance, and premium shipping costs.

To request a return:

1 Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

2 Include your order details and photographs, if relevant to your request.

3 Once your request is approved, we will request you to send the jewelry.
 
4 The item must be returned in its original condition with secure packaging.


After inspection, if the item meets our return guidelines, the refund will be processed. Requests that do not meet these conditions, or are deemed excessive or unreasonable, may be declined.

Damaged or Defective Items In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective:

• Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

• Send clear photographs highlighting the issue.

For all returns or exchanges of international orders, customers are responsible for securely shipping the item back to our flagship store and for arranging collection of the exchanged piece.
Note - We do not provide pickup or delivery services for international returns or exchanges due to Government Policy restrictions.

We accept exchanges at 70% of the invoice value, valid for up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Simply reach out to us, and our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
Please note: We are unable to accommodate any return or exchange requests made after one year of the purchase.
